Tribeca Loft

Enamored with the Art Deco pedigree of The Tower, the loft’s new owners sought a complete renovation that would blend mid-century modern design with a contemporary aesthetic. We developed an open-concept living area that highlights the loft’s original architectural details and plentiful natural light.

Showcasing the client’s highly curated collection of furniture and art, we infused pops of vibrant color against a neutral backdrop to create a sophisticated yet playful atmosphere. A custom fold-down bed in the guest room provides maximum space without compromising style. The powder room features custom-designed tiles by Jonathan Adler.

The finished loft reflects the client’s appreciation for timeless design, the daily needs for both luxury and practicality, and the transformative power of mid century elegance and modern innovation.
